COVID-19

COVID-19 has impacted us all in more ways than one. Here at Aloha Appliance we are dedicated to providing you with a safe experience. Please read the following statement where the Technician and the Customer must be responsible for precautions taken while service is given. Mahalo for your Kokua.

Home Repair Plumber Maintenance Checklis

The Technician

* The Technician will wear a mask at all times inside the Customer's home while servicing the appliance.

 

* If the appliance is located outside of the home, the Technician will wear a mask while the Customer or Others are present.

 

*The Technician will wear shoe covers inside the home to prevent outside germs and to protect their feet.

 

*The Technician will wipe down the appliance and any area they have worked on upon completion of the repair to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

The Customer

*The Customer including Others who are in the same room or are within 15 feet of the Technician must wear a mask at all times.

 

*The appliance and immediate area where the technician is working must be cleaned and sanitized before the Technician arrives. This includes the floor, counter, bathroom or other surrounding areas where the appliance is located.

 

*If any of these requests are not completed by the Customer, the Technician will not provide service and any deposit made will be forfeit and no refunds will be given.
